Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Pixlo (Railway Housing, Quetta, Pakistan) and its clients for web design, development, branding, and related digital services.

2. Services

Pixlo provides web design, web development, SEO, branding, and social media management services. The exact scope of services is defined in the individual project agreement or proposal.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the project fee is due upon signing and the remainder upon project completion. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final deliverables. Pixlo retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

Pixlo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, through appropriate legal channels.
